Yoga Classes

Power Flow Yoga
This 60-minute class is a lively, invigorating class, perfect for those looking to lose weight or build strength and endurance.
Time: 7:00-8:00 PM
Yin Yoga
This wonderful, slow-paced 60-minute class focuses on increasing flexibility and relaxation. 
Time: 8:15-9:15 PM
